Are the ingredients used in your products safe?
Yes! We attach great importance to the safety of products. All ingredients used in COBOR skincare products are from reliable and famous raw material suppliers. We have our own factory to manufacture skincare products, ensuring that the product quality is under control. Before one product is launched, we will also test it carefully to make sure that it’s suitable for all skin types.
Hint: Our suppliers also provide raw materials for other luxury beauty brands, such as Lancôme, Estée Lauder, Origins, L'Oreal, etc.

- Currenly, we ship to Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Philippines.

- We accept online payment or cash on delivery.
- What item(s) is returnable?
- You can return your item(s) within 15 days of the delivery when:
- Item(s) must be in its original condition.
- Item(s) must be fully sealed and unopened.
- Item(s) is not damaged or altered in any way.
- Wrong or defective item(s) is delivered to you.
- Our return policy applies when wrong item is delivered, or an item is broken/defective upon delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Please note you will be required to provide a picture/video of the received item to prove it is defective/broken to qualify for the exchange/refund.
- How do I return?
- To begin initiating a return, within 15 calendar days of delivery, you MUST reach out to our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm the return. Any return without the confirmation will be void.

- Are there any charges for return?
- We do not provide return shipping labels. Only when the wrong or defective item(s) is delivered to you, we will be responsible for the shipping fees.
- How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you’re approved, it will take 2 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.
- Do you offer an exchange?
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
- How do I cancel an order?

- However, an order cannot be canceled once it’s been shipped.
